(1) Login to your account and go to the account order details page.
(2) On the account order details page, you can view the status of your order. If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, the order has not been processed and you can request to cancel the order.
(3) Please note that our order cancellation time is within 2 hours after the order is placed, if more than 2 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
(4) If your order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your payment to your account within 1-2 business days.
Returns of iron animal fencing are subject to the following conditions.
(1) Returns of iron animal fencing should be made within 45 natural days.
(2) Returned iron animal fencing should been purchased from Ironsfence.com.
(3) The iron animal fencing should be in new condition.
(4) iron animal fencing products have non-human caused quality problems (such as rusted, broken, cracked, etc.) before use.
(5) All accessories about iron animal fencing (including packaging, package filler) need to be returned together when returning the product.

Please send the iron animal fencing in its original packaging to 1732 Lexington Drive, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.
– Name of courier company
– Tracking number
Once the returned iron animal fencing arrives at Ironsfence.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
